HAZELSO ( HAZELNUT ESPRESSO )

Bahan :

  • 10 ml Mbowis Sirup Hazelnut
  • 20 ml Kental Manis
  • 125 gr Es Batu
  • 30 ml Heavy Cream ( Whip Cream )
  • 30 ml ESPRESSO
  • 30 ml Fresh Milk
  • 30 gr Milk Foam ( Fresh Milk Di froather )
  • Bubuk Coklat untuk taburan

Alat :

  • Gelas saji 12 Oz
  • Gelas ukur kecil
  • Timbangan
  • Hand Froather
  • Blender

Cara membuat :

  • Masukkan es batu, sirup, kental manis, Fresh Milk, Espresso, Heavy Cream kedalam Blender
  • Blender semua bahan sampai tercampur rata
  • Tuang kedalam gelas
  • Tuang Milk Foam
  • Hias dengan taburan bubuk coklat
